Fred Licciardi, is a singer-songwriter who plays piano and guitar. He has a background in classical and jazz piano and has taken years of voice instruction. His music is lyric-based easy rock with influences from varied musical genres. He is known for performing enthusiastically and connecting with and engaging his audiences.
He joined his first rock band at age 13, playing keyboards and singing at parties and school dances, then continued with bands in high school and college. He more recently has landed regular gigs at the Jersey Shore and in the Catskills along with private parties in the tri-state area.
He has developed into an exceptional song writer, with over 30 original pieces copyrighted. His first album "Admissions" was professionally produced by Tony Lewis.
He studied voice with Judy Hages, who remains his most important musical influences.
By day, Fred Licciardi is a board certified Reproductive Endocrinologist, helping women become pregnant through surgery and in-vitro fertilization. He is a Professor at the NYU Langone Medical Center, where he sees patients, publishes research and teaches students, residents and fellows.
